Nachdem sie in ihrem kurzen ersten Leben als Verpackung von Leinwänden diente, erhielt sie nun als Kunstwerk eine neue Chance auf ein dauerhafteres Dasein…
New arrival at the acrylic’s gallery: “Open Heart” – An experimental painting with warm golden-yellowish hues on wood. To be honest: It was an old painting’s back surface, made of compressed wood….a sort of “sustainable painting”.
Finally the summer is here, an he brought some new inspirations… Following a longer period with just acrylic painting, the garden flowers – especially the poppies – inspired me to do something with water colours…
Once a year all the participants of Margarita Dell’s classes display their work in the Diffiné-House in Kirchheim/ Weinstrasse (German Wine Route). In 2014 this was the weekend of 17/18 th of May. The exhibitions in an old, historical vaulted cellar in the village of Kleinkarlbach had been an important part of my work for years. Together with the old sandstones, the impressive light down there gave a very special athmosphere, a lovely ambience to present paintings. I still have warm memories of this great time. I would like to give my heartfelt thanks to the Litwinschuh family for opening their beautiful cellar for this occasion in all those years.
